A Private Loire Valley Tour By RiverLoire
Get your cooking gear ready as today you are the Chef ! A RiverLoire team member will come and pick you up at VillaConcorde at 2:00 pm to drive you to the elegant and privately owned property, “La Bergeronnerie” which opens its gates especially to you. In this authentic house, your personal English-speaking Chef will introduce you to the highly French tradition of “the aperitif”. You will learn how to bake all sorts of savory finger foods and tiny sweet cakes, which will impress your guests next time you decide to organize an “Apero a la Francaise” at home ! But you can also opt for French patisserie or even a gourmet meat/fish course, as you wish.
While your “chef d’œuvre” is in the oven, follow the landlord for a tour of his private cellar... It is now time to relax and enjoy your aperitif accompanied with some of the best wines of the region!
On our way back to Amboise, we will make a stop in the Chenin Blanc vineyards for an explanation of our wine production and our "AOC".
