What are the rates?

All rates are listed under each apartment, in the 'APARTMENTS' page. 
The total price includes the nightly rate + a one-time clean fee + local tax (per adult per night) free under 12+ a damage deposit that will be returned after the stay.

Question 2

What is included, exactly?"

Accepted Answer

The following is included:
- Water / electricity
- All household linen (including towels) and bedding (see the details of the equipment in description of the apartment) 
-Also included for basic for your first breakfast : Tea, coffee, jam, milk, orange juice, toast...
-Basic ingredients to cook: oil, vinaiger, salt, sugar, pasta...
-Cleaning products
- Washing machine tabs (laundry and dishwasher)

Is there parking?

Rue de la Concorde is a quiet street, with free parking spots always available. So no issues with parking close to the house, and it's a safe place, right at the foot of the castle and with the city police station located in the same street!

Question 4

How does the check-in work?

Accepted Answer

We will arrange with you a check in appointment. The typical check-in /out times are: 
-Check in : from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm   (from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
-Check out : from 8.00 am to 10.00 am
During the check-in, a member of our team will show you around the apartment and all its equipment. And leave you the keys.
Other arrengements possible on request.

Question 5

What is the cancellation policy?

Up to 1 month prior the date of arrival: Refund of the deposit you paid, minus a charge of 30€.
Less than 1 month prior the date of arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 2 weeks prior the date of arrival: The rental fee is due unless we rent the apartment.
For any cancellation: 30€ fee
Specific COVID policy : total refund in case of lockdown in your home country.

What is the best way to book?

Book with us directly for the best rates you could find!! 
We offer better prices and smaller deposit fees than Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, TripAdvisor...

Question 7

When/ how do we pay?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of 30 % rental fee is due at the time of the reservation to hold the booking.

The balance is due one month prior to your arrival.

A refundable deposit of 300€ for the Villaconcorde appartements and 2000€ for La Bergeronnerie is due with the second payment, to cover any damages to the apartment, refunded on your account after your departure, in the absence of damage.

We kindly ask you to leave the apartments in the same condition you found it. Otherwise an additional 50 euro fee may be charged.
 
We propose secured payment with Société Générale, our bank by secure link
As we run our own company, RiverLoire, a travel agency, the easiest payment is to use the secured Visa/Mastercard payment from Riverloire. We will send you a secure payment website by email. We accept CB/ MasterCard /VISA, bank transfer, and cash.

Our address is : 26 rue de la Concorde - 37400 Amboise, Loire Valley, FRANCE.
 
BY PLANE
     Tours International airport is located only 30 minute drive away from Amboise.
Regular direct flights run from London (Standsted) and Dublin (see www.ryanair.com)

Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport is less than 2 hours away from Tours, by high               speed train.
 
BY TRAIN
    A TGV (high speed train) train runs from Paris-Montparnasse and Paris CDG Airport to           Tours / Saint-Pierre-des-Corps on a regular basis.
    Paris Montparnasse - Tours / Saint-Pierre-des-Corps = 57 minutes
    Charles de Gaulle airport - Tours / Saint-Pierre-des-Corps = 1h40 minutes
   London - Tours / Saint-Pierre-des-Corps = between 4 and 5 hours with a connexion in          Lille 
  Tours / Saint-Pierre-des-Corps is then 25 minutes’ drive from Amboise.

BY CAR
Amboise is located around 230 kms south of Paris. It is about 2.5 hour drive, according to the traffic in Paris. There is a direct motorway (Autoroute) A10 to Amboise (exit 18).

Villaconcorde is owned by Karine and Thierry Micalet.
They also run a local luxury travel agency Riverloire, and hence have an incredilble knowledge of the region Loire Valley. They will be happy to offer advice for your stay!
