Christmas & New Year holidays = High season rates
Cleaning and laundry fees
40 € for apartment 1 & studio.
60 € for apartment 2 and Les Halles.
80 € for apartment 3.
The rates include
Water / electricity/ all household linen (including towels) and bedding / heating in low and off seasons/ etc...(see the details of the equipment).
Also included for your first breakfast : Tea, coffee, jam, butter, milk, orange juice, toast.
4 nights minimum rental.
It is also, the right time, to spend in the Loire Valley to visit and enjoy our region.
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30 % rental fee is due on time of reservation to hold the booking.
The balance is due one month prior your arrival.
A refundable deposit of 400 euros (or equivalent in your currency) is due in cash on arrival to cover any eventual damages. We will personally give you back this deposit at your departure time, in the absence of dammage.
We kindly ask you to leave the appartements in the same excellent conditions as you found it on arrival. Alternatively an exit cleaning fee of 50 € may be charged.
If you must leave early, for any reasons, you are responsible for the balance due.

Cancellation policy
Up to two months before the date of arrival : Refund minus a charge of 25% of the deposit.
Less than two months before the date of arrival :The deposit is forfeit.
Less than one month before the date of arrival : The rental fee is due unless we rent the appartement.

Check in : between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm
