Description of the accommodation

The accommodation is a duplex apartment, located on the second floor of the town house and boasts a superb view of the Château Amboise.

As our 2 other apartments had great success over the last 2 years, we have decided to open this one in June 2010.

With a comfortable living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, this accommodation suits perfectly 3 couples or a large family.

Of course, the comfort has not been put aside, and you will enjoy this fully renovated accommodation, with state of the art kitchen and bathrooms.

You can book it per week or per night (equivalent of a B&B ) with a 4 nights minimum stay.

Equipment

The living room :
Comfortable sofa. LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/tape players. Free high speed internet access.Table, chairs and various equipment for 6 people.

The kitchen :
Dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, plenty of cooking and serving utensils It is our pleasure to provide you with what is necessary for your first breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, butter) as well as the basic ingredients to cook (oil, vinegar, pasta, rice, etc...), so that you avoid the hassle of the first shopping.

First Bedroom :

A king sizee bed, a chest of drawers.

Second Bedroom :

2 Single beds which can be put together to become a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers.

First Bathroom :

Bathtub with overhead shower and toilet, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer.

On the second floor of this duplex apartment, a mezzanine opens on a third bedroom and the second bathroom:

The bedroom offers 2 single beds, which can be put together to become a queen size bed, and a chest of drawers.

It opens onto an En suite bathroom with shower and toilets. Please note that due to the low celling of the passage way leading to the bedroom and the bathroom, we believe this room could be more suitable for children.

However, the charm of the wooden beams will not let the adults indifferent...

The mezzanine offers a relaxing area opening onto the living room of the apartment.

Other :

Picnic set, equipment for baby (high chair, etc..) on demand, free of charge.

Linen :

The household linen is provided and the beds are made up prior your arrival.
